1 Day Tour: Mount Dimats & the Hidden Waterfall
We invite you to an exciting one-day journey to the Tavush region — a land of dense forests, mountain ridges, and untouched nature.
Our route begins near the monastic complex of Haghartsin (approx. 1,250 m). Before starting the hike, you will have the opportunity to explore this picturesque monastery dating back to the 10th–13th centuries, hidden deep within the forest.
We then set off on a hiking trail that follows a section of the famous Transcaucasian Trail. The path winds through lush forests, mountain slopes, and scenic viewpoints.
Along the way, we will visit a unique natural attraction — a hidden waterfall tucked among rocks and greenery. This atmospheric and lesser-known spot is perfect for отдых and photography.
We then continue our ascent to the summit of Mount Dimats (approx. 2,378 m), where breathtaking panoramic views open up over the Ijevan Mountains and the endless forests of Tavush.
